Terms & Conditions

By checking out, you agree to these Terms & Conditions:

  1. All items are handmade, by my own two hands, and as such slight imperfections are normal part of my making process and what makes each piece unique. All care is taken when making my jewellery but occasionally fingerprints, dust and lint are an unavoidable addition to your items. I clean up and inspect each piece when carding and would only offer items that I would wear myself.
  2. Whilst attempting to provide an accurate representation in colour of each piece, colour variances between screens and devices cannot be helped. All pieces are photographed in natural light but screens can sometimes alter their true colours should the item differ in real life.
  3. For hygiene reasons, refunds and exchanges after dispatch are not possible. I do not refund for change of mind or simply not liking an item when it arrives. I provide accurate photos on all listings to represent the style you are purchasing, noting that each item is unique and may have slight variances unless otherwise stated. If you are genuinely dissatisfied within the first 48 hours of delivery (using Australia Post tracking), please contact me at hello@spikypeach.com and I will attempt to resolve the issue with you.
  4. I package all items securely and snugly, however, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged due to transit, please make contact within 48 hours of delivery (with photographic evidence) by emailing hello@spikypeach.com and I will work with you on a suitable replacement or refund, depending on the item. Replacement is not always possible if your item was a unique pair (i.e cut from a slab).
  5. Replacement or refunds due to breakage from excess force or failure to care for your item as per the Care Instructions will not be processed.
